From plateau to performance.
Every number below came out of a rebuilt account structure, a faster creative cadence and measurement we could actually defend. Where a result was validated by a geo-holdout or an incrementality test, we say so.
Ad spend under management
Brands scaled since 2016
Blended ROAS across portfolio
Countries activated
Rebuilt creative testing and tripled profitable spend in two quarters
The account had plateaued at a spend ceiling for eleven months. We replaced a single-campaign structure with a modular creative system, moved conversion tracking server-side, and ran a geo-holdout to prove which channels were actually incremental.
Cut cost per qualified pipeline by more than half
Lead volume looked healthy but sales was drowning in unqualified demos. We imported closed-won revenue back into Google and LinkedIn, bid to pipeline value instead of form fills, and rewrote the offer for each buying committee role.
Scaled from 4 to 62 markets without losing unit economics
Expansion had stalled because every new market needed a manual build. We templatized geo structure, wired call tracking into offline conversion imports, and gave each franchise owner a live dashboard for their own market.
Made Amazon the most profitable channel in the mix
Sponsored Products was cannibalizing organic rank. We separated defensive and offensive spend, layered DSP retargeting against off-Amazon traffic, and rebuilt the catalog so ads had somewhere good to land.
Built to perform. Built for partnership.
They were the first agency that could tell us which half of our budget was working — and then prove it with a holdout test instead of a slide.
The creative velocity is the whole thing. We went from four ads a quarter to eighteen concepts a month, and the account finally started scaling.
Weekly calls, a live dashboard, and no chasing anyone for answers. It reads like an in-house team that happens to sit somewhere else.
